Frequently asked questions about print
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on the website and in the PDF exclude VAT.
I have a ready file. Is design charged?
If the file is print-ready, no. We check it before printing. If it needs design, artwork starts from €30 and is free for orders over €500.
Can I order a different quantity from the price list?
Yes. The price list shows the usual quantities. For others, request a quote.
Will I see the design before it is printed?
Yes. We send you the final file for approval and only print once you approve it.
